To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, followed by scheduled appointments. Though we can't always anticipate emergencies or cases that take longer than the scheduled time, we make a sincere effort to see scheduled appointments on time.
Due to the high demand for appointment time, we request that if you cannot make your appointment to please call as soon as possible. A $25.00 fee will be charged for all non-cancelled and no-show appointments. If you are running late and will be more than 15 minutes late please call as we may need to reschedule your pet(s) appiontment.
While at the clinic for an appointment please DO NOT ask the Doctor to see an additional pet unless that pet has a scheduled appointment.
Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.
All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date. Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. This is one of the reasons we ask you to restrain your pet. We recommend that animals be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the waiting room.
We find it necessary to require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Care Credit, cash and personal checks.
